There are five members of Team USA competing at the Olympics who are over 40. Two of them have won medals at the Milan Cortina Games: 40-year-old Kaillie Humphries and 41-year-old Elana Meyers Taylor. NBC News’ Molly Hunter reports.

Coco Gauff continues to show in winter sports with the current Olympic Games ongoing in Milano-Cortina. Gauff is rooting for two Winter Olympians in particular, and she has also named two tennis players she thinks could do well at the Games.

Canada defeated Czechia 4-3 in the men's hockey quarterfinals thanks to an overtime goal by Ontario's Mitch Marner. Team captain Sidney Crosby was injured during the second period and left the game. Canada's men's curling team cruised to an 8-3 victory over Italy. The women's side is playing Italy now.

Forty-six years to the day from the Miracle on Ice, the current U.S. hockey team will look to cement its place in history in the 2026 Winter Olympics gold medal game. Team USA faces Canada in a final that can trace its legacy through the history of the Winter Games.
